A Fantastic Stay – Thank You, Jose! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding hospitality provided by our host, Jose. Jose went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Whether it was offering great local recommendations, checking in to see if we needed anything, or simply greeting us with a warm smile each day, his attention to detail and genuine kindness made a huge difference. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a convenient area, but it was Jose’s thoughtful service that truly stood out. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting a friend who really cares about your experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, clean throughout and a very comfortable bed & pillows. Great night's sleep had. Stayed in a single bedroom, shower room very modern. Bedroom & shower room perfectly proportioned for a solo traveller. It had all you would expect including safe, hangers, luggage stand, table, chair, tv, power points, air-conditioning, linen, towels, shower gel etc This was an unexpected stay, as my original accommodation provider cancelled less than a week before I was due to arrive. Delta hotel had 1 room left! So thankful they did. I would definitely recommend Delta Hotel! Easily located from Central station (~5-10min walk) too. Just perfect! Would also recommend the windmills tour and if you're in the city on the first Sunday of the month go to Westerpark for a large food market including entertainment tents (think world cuisines/ not sure if it continues into autumn, winter, so please double check) . Entry is free!

Great location! The best location, in the middle of everything, great breakfast, easy check in, basic but comfortable rooms. Great for 3 people, families and solo travelers here, very safe. As a 60 + traveler with college aged family on trip, I’m so glad I left my safety zone of hotel chains and stayed here. Staff helpful, had an elevator for going up, stairs were faster to come down Breakfast was filling and plentiful, I used in room teapot several times a day

I had a pleasant stay at Delta Hotel City Center. The location is absolutely perfect — just steps from Dam Square and Centraal Station, which made it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot or by tram. The front desk staff were truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall housekeeping was very good. Breakfast was a bit basic, but still decent enough to start the day. If you’re looking for a hotel with a fantastic location and kind service, this is a great option.

The staff were helpful and friendly. When I asked for a kettle one was provided. The room was as described and great value for money. The free breakfast in the morning was a great addition. Tea, coffee, fruit juices and milkshake provided. Continental choice of bread, cheese, yogurts etc hot bacon and scrambled eggs. The hotel is so close to central station and a great base location as it it so close to main attractions. As a woman travelling alone I felt safe in the hotel.
